Maksim has led MORE Group through 8 years in the Phuket market after 4 years of investment-banking work in Russia and 3 years living in Phuket as an expat investor. He saw foreign buyers being consistently steered into wrong projects by commission-driven brokers and built MORE Group to fix it: independent advice, real data, zero buyer commission.
Maksim personally oversees client engagements over $300K and handles all developer-relationship strategy. He speaks Russian (native), English (fluent), and functional Thai. Based in Phuket year-round.

Olga runs the rental side of MORE Group. She works with the occupancy and rate data coming back from managed Phuket units, selects and reviews the management companies we put clients in front of, and models what an owner actually nets after management fees, utilities, taxes and vacancy.
