Who We Are

MORE Group is a Phuket-based real estate investment agency founded in 2018. We serve foreign buyers from over 30 countries — Russian, British, German, Chinese, Indian, American, French, Australian, and many more — with end-to-end property acquisition support: from initial shortlist through Foreign Exchange Transaction (FET) certificate, due diligence, contract negotiation, and transfer day at the Land Office.

Since founding, we have closed over 700 property transactions spanning condominiums, villas, off-plan launches, and resale assets across all major Phuket districts — Bang Tao, Patong, Kamala, Surin, Layan, Rawai, Nai Harn, Phuket Town, Chalong, Cherng Talay, Karon, Kata, Mai Khao, and Nai Yang.

Our team is multilingual (English, Russian, Thai) and our service stack covers everything a remote foreign buyer needs: project comparisons, area selection, FET coordination, lawyer introductions, escrow setup, handover inspection, property management, and rental optimization. We charge zero buyer commission — our fees are paid by developers, never by you.

Our Methodology

Every client engagement follows the same proven process:

  1. Discovery call — 30 minutes to understand your goals, timeline, budget, and constraints.
  2. Custom shortlist — typically 4-7 projects matched to your profile, with honest pros/cons.
  3. Project deep dives — virtual tours, developer financials, foreign quota status, comparable rentals.
  4. Site visit (optional) — we host buyers in Phuket for 2-5 day tour at no cost beyond your travel.
  5. Reservation — typically 1-2% of price as a refundable hold.
  6. Due diligence — 7-21 day verification with our legal partner.
  7. Money path — wire from your home country, FET certificate from Thai bank.
  8. Land Office transfer — we attend; for remote buyers, your appointed POA does.
  9. Handover — inspection, defects punch list, key transfer.
  10. Operations — furniture, management, rental marketing, ongoing support.
